 The panel controller block has a significant effect on the thickness of the slab and horizontal degree. 

The initial making way :

Material :PVC pipe(dia.50mm) , several ties, 42.5 cement ,Coarse sand,nails,demolding agent.

                                                                  

1.The PVC pipe be filled according to thickness of floor in the drawings ,next , turn down a      nail after the mortar initial setting .(this is very important)

2.After the mortar totally setting, use the blade cut open the pvc pipe. the finial product like below:

The Panel controller block can be used when reach the intensity. Let the block with a nail crucified on the template.
